150-0 B TER

Reinvest your
capital gain on disposal

As an entrepreneur, if you sell your company, you will be taxed on the capital gains generated. This is obviously not a trivial act, and must be meticulously prepared in order to optimize its contours. However, there is a way of mitigating the impact of this taxation: the 150-0 B TER of the CGI, which governs the so-called "contribution-cession" regime. The aim of this system is to set up a preferential regime, and more specifically a deferral of taxation on capital gains.
ANB Capital supports you in reinvesting the capital gains from the sale of your company in compliance with the obligations of 150-0 B TER through dedicated value-creating property transactions. We identify for you investment opportunities eligible under 150-0 B TER.
